Saw "How to Change the World" - film about the history of Greenpeace - in Taunton last night, with Sue &Tom. Inspiring. And a powerful reminder of the striving. The film has as its thread, Bob Hunter, their natural spokesman and anti-leader. I came away thinking that what they did, we need to continue - to listen to the beating of our hearts, the understanding in our minds and, as Bob Hunter wrote: 'Put your body where your mind is'.
Action is still needed, it's needed more than ever, as destruction and disintegration continue to dominate, while our vision of a different world simmers. I feel the ember in my heart. To make the Change we need an ecology of skills - a non-political, diverse range of people with personal commitment.
Easy!

David Cameron's speech on extremism... How to get the discussion focussed on our true strategic threats? That's what exercises the minds of those who see the need for change. What can I do? Is taking four hours to rewrite a speech worth it? Probably nobody else has read it in full.
I need to up my game and do more to spread the word on positive political thinking, based on a commitment to open strategic thinking for a sustainable world.
